* 400g packet Wattie’s Frozen Stir Fry Chow Mein with Noodles
* 350 g beef schnitzel
* a good dash Sherry
* 2 tbsps oil
* 250 g finely sliced mushrooms

Method

1. Finely slice the beef and toss with the sachet of sauce from the chow mein with a good dash or Sherry. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2. Remove noodles from packet and defrost for one minute on high power (100%).

3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan until fiercely hot. Add the beef (in 2 batches is best) and toss over a high heat to brown and cook. Set aside.

4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and toss quickly for about 2-3 minutes. Add the vegetables from the packet and toss a further 2-3 minutes before adding the beef and noodles to the pan. Toss until hot.
