Ingredients:

Badam ladoo
200 gms Badam(Almonds)
50 gms Sugar
50 ml Milk
4 Green Cardamom, powdered
100 gms Ghee (Clarified Butter)
A few chopped Almonds
Method:
Boil the Almonds in water for 5 mts. Peel their skin and roughly crush them.
Heat Ghee in a kadai. Then add the crushed Almonds and fry for 6 – 7 mts.
Add Milk, Sugar and Cardamom powder to it and mix well. Keep aside to cool. Mixture for the Laddoos is ready.
Make small balls of this mixture and serve, garnished with chopped Almonds.
