Broiled Red Wine Steaks

Ingredients

* 1 1/2 lb. lean beef flank steak
* 3/4 C dry red wine
* 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
* 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
* Cooking spray

Directions

1. Place the wine, garlic and lemon pepper together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix together well to incorporate all the ingredients.
3. Place the steaks in a large container with a lid.
4. Pour the wine mixture over the steaks.
5. Flip the steaks to make sure both sides are coated well.
6. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
7. Flip the steaks a few times while marinating so the steaks are evenly coated.
8. Spray a broiler pan with the cooking spray.
9. Place the steaks on the broiler pan.
10. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 6 minutes.
11. Turn the steaks and broil 6 more minutes.
