<p>Directions</p>
<p>1. Rinse chicken if necessary and pat dry with paper towel.<br />
2. Heat broiler<br />
3. Spray broiler rack with a non stick cooking spray.<br />
4. Lay chicken on rack.<br />
5. Brush chicken side facing up with lemon juice.<br />
6. Place under broiler for about 5 minutes.<br />
7. Turn the chicken over and brush with lemon juice.<br />
8. Continue to broil 8 minutes or until when pricked with knife the juice runs clear and chicken is no longer pink.<br />
9. Place the preserves in a small saucepan over low heat.<br />
10. Add the allspice.<br />
11. Heat until smooth being sure to stir continuously so the preserves don&#8217;t stick or burn.<br />
12.  Brush chicken with the preserves just before serving. </p>
<p>Story</p>
<p>When I&#8217;ve only got time to throw some chicken under the broiler and get it on the table, this is a quick and flavorful way to make a simple chicken meal special.  The apricot preserves add a graceful and refined finish to an otherwise boring meal.  Serve it alongside a spring green salad with a vinegarette dressing and your family will think you have been studying under a five-star chef!</p>

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In glass pie plate, combine melted margarine and mustard. In medium bowl, combine cereal crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Spoon onto waxed paper. Directions</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 425. Put butter in a roasting pan then put in oven until butter melts. Take pan out of oven.<br />
2. Mix bread crumbs, flour, salt, rosemary and pepper on a sheet of waxed paper. Put buttermilk in a shallow bowl. Dunk a wing at a time in the buttermilk then coat with the dry mix. Put the coated wings in the melted butter, turn over so both sides are covered with butter.<br />
3. Bake for 35 minutes.</p>

7. Serve as a dip for chicken wings. </p>

<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>* Non-stick oil spray<br />
* 5 lbs. chicken wings or 4 lbs. chicken wing drumettes<br />
* 1 C mayonnaise <span id="more-402"></span><br />
* 1 TBSP Cajun seasoning, or mix Â½ tsp. each paprika, dried thyme, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder and freshly ground black pepper with 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper<br />
* 1 tsp. salt</p>

<p>Directions</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.<br />
2. Mix the mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning and salt together in a large mixing bowl.<br />
3. Cover wings or drumettes completely with the mayonnaise mixture.<br />
4. Place chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.<br />
5. Bake the chicken for 10-12 minutes.<br />
6. Flip chicken and continue to bake another 13-15 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through.<br />
7. Adjust your cooking time down for drumettes.</p>
<p>Story</p>
<p>I like spicy chicken wing appetizers, but they start to taste the same after awhile.  The creamy mixture of this chicken wing appetizer makes them just a little bit different.  If you bring a plate of these to a potluck, they won&#8217;t get lost in among all the other spicy chicken wing appetizers. You&#8217;ll have a stand-out dish for sure! </p>
