6. Cashew halves: ¼ Cup
7. Ginger finely chopped: 2 Inch
8. Gond: 2 Tablespoon
9. Whole wheat flour: 2 Cups
10. Fenugreek seed powder: 1½ teaspoon

11. Dried ginger powder: 1 teaspoons
12. Salt: ¼ teaspoon
13. Raisins: ¼ Cup
14. Kasoori Patta: ¼ teaspoon
15. Sugar: 1 Cup

Chocolate Dessert

Based on a cross between a South Beach Diet recipe and some ideas
I’ve seen on this newsgroup.

2 heaping tsps (the kind you eat with) good cocoa
powder (I’ve been using Valrhona)
2 packets Splenda
ca 1/4-1 tsp squished decaf coffee crystals (should
be a powder)
a few dashes salt
enough cream (or milk, depending on what diet you are
on) to mix above to a paste
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c mascarpone cheese*
1/4 c ricotta cheese (I used fat-free, which was even
lower in carbs than the full-fat one acc to the label)*
chopped toasted almonds (opt.)
