Almond Oatmeal Quick Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

* 1 C oatmeal cooked
* 5 C distilled water
* 1/4 C almonds
* 1/2 tsp sea salt
* 5 dates

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
2. Add 5 cups of distilled water to mixture.
3. Strain to remove pulp.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
5. Shake before serving.

Reserve pulp for use in muffins, bread or hot cereal for flavor.
