Tomato Soup
Whatever You’ve Got Seafood Soup
Ingredients
* 1/4 cup peanut oil (add more if you need)
* 5 lbs new red potatoes, washed and diced with skins on
* 1 whole bunch celery, diced
* 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 large sweet onion, diced
* 1 large handful of chives, chopped
* 1 tablespoon salt (taste and add more if desired)
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
* 2 big cans chicken broth
* 4 to 5 pounds of any combination of seafood you want. Use firm, white fish, shrimp, crab meat, mussels, oysters or what have you.
* 1 quart Half & Half (you may substitute whole milk, or a combination of evaporated milk and skim milk)
